​Field Representative Application & Vendor Onboarding Process

  We are pleased that you have considered our company as a place to register with to broaden your income.  Field inspection work is an excellent way to earn a consistent additional income.  You will visit commercial & residential sites & complete property condition reports including photos & questionnaires & related requirements.  Some of your inspection orders will be able to be submitted from the sites you're at through your smartphone & others will have to be completed from your computer workstation.  Your paydays will be biweekly every other Friday with your first check coming about 30 days after completing your first field inspections.  Direct deposit is encouraged.  You will be a self-employed independent contractor in this role.  You will be issued an IRS 1099 Form after year-end for income tax purposes for your work completed for us that year.  Your work order volume will not be guaranteed, but we will make every effort to provide you with the level of site inspection orders that you desire based on your availability.  You will be expected to provide site inspection coverage for the county that you live in.  Inspection orders outside of your county will be available on occasion.  You must pay attention to the deadlines for when your orders are due.  We will be counting on you to deliver timely results on all of your site inspection orders.  The field inspection business will give you an opportunity to meet business owners & individuals in your community after making site visit appointments with them.  You must remain polite & professional at all times in scheduling your site inspection visits & meeting with individuals in person.  You will be involved with many beautiful & scenic site visits including quaint and historic small towns, picturesque rural farmland, large commercial buildings & shopping centers, modern industrial complexes, waterfront properties, new home construction & existing homes & an unlimited amount of other types of interesting properties will be reported on.  The first step in moving forward with becoming a Field Representative for Property Review, Inc. is to process your background check.

W-9 Form - Independent Contractor

  All Field Representatives registered with Property Review, Inc. to complete property condition reports for us are independent contractors.  We are required to have your completed W-9 form on file before you can start processing any inspection orders for our company.  Please print out this W-9 Form and fill it out completely: w-9.pdf.  When finished you can return it to us by e-mail: [email protected].  You will receive an IRS 1099 Form after the end of the year based on your information given here.  Thank you.

  Identification and Documentation

  You will be driving to inspection sites on a regular basis.  It is important that we keep current information on file related to your automobile.  Please provide us with a copy of your drivers license and car insurance for our records.  Please also provide your car tag number.  These items can be e-mailed to us at: [email protected].  Thank you.

Payment Processing

  Property Review, Inc. makes payments to our Field Representatives on a bi-weekly basis.  You will receive payment for all of your completed inspection orders every other Friday.  These payments will be for the previously worked two week period.  New Field Representatives typically receive their first payment approximately 30 days after completing their first inspection orders with our company.  We encourage all of our Field Representatives to sign up for direct deposit of their paychecks from us so that they can receive their payments electronically into their bank accounts.  This provides a more timely and efficient way of processing your paychecks.  If you are registering to become our Field Representative then please print out the attached direct deposit form & fill it out completely:  direct_deposit.pdf.  When done please e-mail this to: [email protected].
